Feature: Debbie Engel returns Tim Kelly's Aux Cap... with a little extra

A few months ago Secretary Ridge visited Portland to speak. Debbie Engel was asked to attend in uniform wearing an Auxiliary ball cap. Debbie only had her Station cap and made a quick call to Tim Kelly asking for help... Tim, as usual, came through and delivered his own cap in the nick of time.

After Secretary Ridge's speech Debbie had a chance to say hello. She noticed that he had a Sharpie permanent marker. Showing her usual quick thinking she asked Secretary Ridge to sign Tim's cap.

The award is given annually to the Division in District 13 with the most operational hours.
